La función principal de esta página es recibir el código de verificación del cliente, para poder validar su identidad y así finalizar el trámite. El reto fue evitar la impaciencia del cliente consiguiendo que no marchase durante el proceso.
Task
UI/UX design of the internal flows of the Thank you page code of the Itcubtation Digital Processing project
At a strategic level, I decided to accompany the client throughout the entire process with several screens, to make the client feel that they are progressing.
To do this, I placed the progress bar just below the titles, giving it a yellow color to provide it with greater visual weight, accompanied by a percentage to further locate the user, allowing them to know how much is missing.
CTAs contain a shadow/emboss that makes them stand out more and reinforces the call to action. Regarding the fields to fill in, I have kept them gray to indicate to the user that they are incomplete. Finally, I have placed a line of steps at the bottom incorporating an explanatory label in relation to each step with the aim of further situating and guiding the user within the entire process.
